As the VAT on shipping costs depends on the goods purchased, it can be reduced if goods are purchased at lower VAT rates. This means that the shipping costs are only finally calculated during the ordering process.

2. delivery time
The delivery time is approx. 2-4 working days (excluding Saturday, Sunday, public holidays), subject to the exceptions defined in the next paragraph.

Exceptions to the standard delivery time:
In individual cases, it is possible that the above delivery time may be exceeded. This means that the goods may not be dispatched (handed over to the parcel service provider) until 4-5 working days after receipt of the order. The same applies if the ordered goods are no longer in stock and have to be reordered from the manufacturer. Irrespective of this, delays may occur in the course of delivery by the parcel service provider, for example due to seasonal peaks in parcel volumes (especially pre-Christmas, Easter) or due to exceptional circumstances (e.g. COVID-19), as well as problems with delivery (e.g. due to incomplete or incorrect delivery address).
The above-mentioned circumstances will result in the above-mentioned regular delivery time being extended accordingly.

3. terms of delivery
Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be made to the address specified by the customer. However, it is generally possible to specify a delivery address that differs from the billing address.
For the duration, see delivery times. In the case of payment in advance , the delivery period begins one day after receipt of the amount on the bank account of Thomas Schwandtner. In the case of payment on account, the delivery period begins one day after the day on which the contract is concluded. In other cases, the delivery period beginsone day after receipt of the order. In the event of delays in delivery, we will inform you immediately as far as possible and known to us. If the goods are damaged during transportation, the customer must report the damage immediately.
Thomas Schwandtner is not responsible for any obstacles to delivery in the area of suppliers or manufacturers. If delivery or compliance with an agreed delivery time becomes impossible due to circumstances for which Thomas Schwandtner is not responsible, Thomas Schwandtner is entitled to withdraw from the contract in whole or in part. Thomas Schwandtner will inform the customer of this immediately . Claims for damages are excluded in this case. The customer will be informed of existing delivery restrictions before the order process begins.

Due date and retention of title:
The purchase price is due at the latest upon delivery of the goods. The delivered goods remain the property of Thomas Schwandtner until full payment has been received.
